Baldor-Dodge Take Up Frames
Baldor-Dodge offers a wide variety of take up frames. The flexibility
of Dodge's basic take-up frames allow for the mounting of Ball, Roller,
and Sleeve Bearings to encompass the vast range of conveyor, belt, and
chain take-up applications. They are made to provide/maintain tension
and shaft centers on a variety of belt and chain-type conveyors and the
frame capacity is pre-engineered to exceed bearing capacity.
Narrow Slot Take-Up Frame - NS
Five sizes of Narrow Slot Ball Bearing Take-Up Frames-Eleven (11) take-up frames with travels of 6 to 18 inches for:
- GT & GTM Narrow Slot Take-Up Bearings from 3/4” through 2-7/16” shaft size and metric 20mm to 60mm.
- SC, VSC & SCM Ball Bearing Take-Up Bearing from 1/2” through 2-7/16” shaft size, and metric 20 mm to 60 mm.
- SXV and SXR Ball Bearing Take-Up Bearing from 3/4” through 2-7/16” shaft size.
- DL Ball Bearing Take-Up Bearing from 3/4” through 1-7/16” shaft size.
- LT700 and LT1000 SOLlDLUBE Take-Up Bearing from 3/4” through 2-1/2” shaft size.
Wide Slot Take-Up Frame - WS
Six sizes of Wide Slot Ball Bearing Take-Up Frames-Thirty (30) take-up frames with travels of 1-1/2 to 30 inches for:
- GT & GTM Wide Slot Ball Bearings from 3/4” through 3” shaft size and metric 20mm to 75mm.
- SC, VSC and SCM Wide Slot Take-Up Bearings from 1/ 2” through 3" shaft size, and metric 20 mm to 75 mm.
- SXV and SXR Wide Slot Take-Up Bearings from 3/4” through 2-7/16” shaft size.

Telescoping Take-Up Frame - TS
Telescoping Take-Up Frames
- Space saving telescoping take-up frame quickly mounts to the side of a conveyor
- Use any standard ball or roller bearing 2-bolt pillow block
- Factory lubricated adjustment screw
- Internal take-up frame screw is protected from the surrounding environment
- Bearing mounting plate is standard on all Dodge telescoping take-up frames.

BRONZOIL Take-Up Frame - BOTU
One size of BRONZOlL®) Sleeve Bearing Take-Up-The BRONZOIL Take-Up is
recommended for light-to-medium loads and for use at moderate speeds;
such as package conveyors, light material handling installations, or
other similar applications.
There are 6 take-ups from 1/2” through 1” shaft size with 4 inch travel.
