Baldor’s line of IEC frame motors are available from D63 through D315M, stocked in 50 Hz or 60 Hz. This means that replacement 60 Hz motors are readily available from Baldor to replace metric motors that have failed on imported machinery. Motor construction meets IP54 and includes motors with B3 base mounting, B5 flange mounting, or B14 face mounting. Stock motors range in size from .18 kW to 132 kW. Typical applications for this product include pumps, fans, conveyors, machine tools, gear reducers and any other jobs that require IEC frames.

Applications: Food processing, packaging, outdoor and highly corrosive environments

Features: Class H insulated motor with 1.15 service factor or higher. All external surfaces 300 series stainless steel: motor frame, endplates, conduit box, shaft and base. Moisture resistant insulation system. Endplate rabbets have O-ring seals to band. Conduit box is welded to the motor frame. Patented bearing seal to protect motor bearings, inside and out. Epoxy encapsulation prevents any moisture from reaching the windings as well as potting the passage between the band and the conduit box. Nameplate information is laser etched on the band.
